Who’s it for?

Any singer aged 13-19 who lives any where in Wales.
​
Love singing in school choirs, Eisteddfod competitions, live performances or grades, but sometimes worry about taking care of your voice?

Whether you’re belting out big numbers, navigating a changing voice or just curious about how your instrument works this workshop is for you.
Practical, supportive learning on how to keep your voice healthy for all genres.

What’s on offer?
Small group, open format workshop of likeminded singers. Facilitated and guided by a tutor of the highest calibre. You will receive individual feedback and coaching, leaving the day with a whole new sense of belief and skill.
Course Leaders: Jessica Ruth Haugen.
Ruth is one of a new generation of Welsh coral conductors and vocal coaches. Showing that singing has the power to change peoples lives and the communities they live in.

Workshop: Master the Microphone, Singing Masterclass

Any committed teenage singer who wants to improve their singing while exploring the techniques of different microphones.

What’s on offer?

A 4-hour, open format workshop for any level of committed singer. You will get chance to both speak and perform a song of your choice using several different types of microphone.
Receive feedback and coaching from expert tutors. Learn,
explore and master the subtleties of different microphone types.
Grow in confidence in an reassuring environment and leave with a transformational level of belief and achievement.

Workshop: Applying to Music College and Conservatoires

Who is it for?

Welsh singers in school year 11, 12 or 13, who are considering or have decided they will be applying for a place in Music conservatoire.
This workshop is perfect for singers who are interested in learning more about the application process for Conservatoires and Music Schools.

​We will be focusing on practical execution of the monologue and singing aspects of the audition.
​

Join us for a one-day workshop where you’ll explore exciting opportunities for singing training after school. We’ll guide you through the best colleges and universities, the application process, and funding options available. Plus, our afternoon workshop will focus on mastering the audition stage – essential for standing out!
